Andy Wiese born and raised in Germany in the Stuttgart area and graduated in 1984 from the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim with a degree in agricultural Engineering. Andy came to California in 1986 to start a business, Meblo Inc., that manufactures and imports car accessories for dogs.
